Gordisse: Chocolate quente!

Se tem uma receita que eu fiz mais do que deveria nesse inverno foi essa receita bem fácil de chocolate quente! Também pudera né, aqui em São Paulo tivemos dias e noites beeeem frios! E agora que o inverno está terminando está chegando a hora de eu tomar vergonha na cara e esquecer essa gordisse por um tempinho! Mas enquanto o calor não volta de vez vale a pena passar essa dica aqui, afinal nada mais aconchegante do que uma caneca cheinha de chocolate quente!

Você precisa ter leite, achocolatado, creme de leite e canela em pau.

Bata no liquidificador o leite e o achocolatado (2 colheres cheias para cada xícara). Passe o leite batido para um leiteira, coloque a canela e leve ao fogo até ferver. Desligue o fogo, adicione o creme de leite e misture bem. Assim que estiver bem misturado e cremoso, sirva!

But now the winter is almost over and it is time of being ashamed of myself and push away all my caloric toughts! Even so, I still want to share this delicious tip with you, after all, there is nothing more cozy then a full mug of hot chocolate! 

Ingredients: milk, cocoa powder, sour cream and cinnamon stick. Mix in a blender the milk and the cocoa powder (two tablespoons for each mug), then pour into the milk jug, add the cinnamon and bring to a boil. Turn off the heat, add the sour cream and mix well until it becomes creamy. It is ready to serve!
